This hands-on program, under the guidance of an experienced AHS member, gives participants the opportunity to use tools of a past era in a historical setting.

The past comes to life as many local AHS members share their experiences of growing up in Alpharetta and old Milton County. Did You Know. . . Ghost tales are told about one of the older homes in Alpharetta?

Walk About Tours
The AHS members share their knowledge of our local and state cemeteries as well as and tours regarding the historic markers in Alpharetta.
Day-time History Seminars
The AHS Heritage Committee is planning to have day-time history seminars which will include both local and state historical times. Re-enactments of historical times by AHS members as demonstrated in the picture to the left is from the Sesquintenial Celebration of the signing of the order to change a Milton site to Alpharetta.
